Statue of Sontoku

I spotted this statue when taking a trip with my daughter to Tokyo to visit some friends. We sat down on some column-shaped seats in a park to have a quick rest and a snack. We noticed this statue not far from where we were sitting. I believe this is a statue of Ninomiya Sontoku.
